If I am not an R J Trvarthen Limited customer can I still order?
You certainly can become a customer, apart from servicing other businesses, we now offer delivery and click and collect services to home consumers throughout Cornwall and South Devon.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Cornwall, Isle of Scilly and into South Devon on a regular basis, please contact us for further details.
Who can I contact regarding a product query?

How do I hear about the latest promotions?
Our promotion page will often be updated with promotions and special offers, we also update our Facebook page updated weekly.
How do I place an order?
Please, call us to place an order! Our sales team will process your order, take a payment, if required, collate and pass the order to our production team. Orders placed on a specific day or left on the answerphone overnight will be processed and despatched for delivery the next day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery is FREE across Cornwall and South Devon and will be brought to your door by one of our friendly delivery drivers in one of our fleet of refrigerated vehicles. We deliver 6 days a week. All vehicles have a tracker so that we can keep you informed about the delivery schedule.
Does my delivery need to be signed for?
No your parcel does not need to be signed for. We can deliver to a work place – remember to let us know the different delivery address when placing your order. You can specify where you would like your order left if you know you won’t be in by giving our customer service team instructions.
Can I track my delivery?
Each order is assigned to one of our very own delivery lorries which are trackable. Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and post code and our friendly team will be more than happy to advise. Customer services 01326 377081
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Please contact us if you are concerned that your delivery has not arrived. We will contact the relevant driver for your area to track your parcel.
Can I collect my order from your shop?
Of course – please leave details of when you would like to collect with our customer service team upon placing your order, and we will have your order ready and waiting for you.
Will my meat be delivered frozen or chilled?
Your meat will arrive fresh. If something is frozen we will let you know in advance. If you order poultry and do not intend to cook within 48 hours of receipt, we recommend freezing these products and then allowing adequate time to defrost (preferably in the fridge) before cooking.
How do you ensure that the meat stays fresh during the delivery period?
Our fleet of fully refrigerated vehicles ensure all products are delivered direct to your door in prime condition.
Do your products come with cooking guidance?
No, but if you’re unsure of how to cook any of our products give us a call, and we will be pleased to help.
What do I do if I am not happy with the products I receive?
We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to buy in complete confidence. Therefore, we provide a guarantee to offer a refund, credit or replacement if you are not completely satisfied with the meat you receive. Terms and Conditions apply*
Can I order my meat for Christmas delivery?
Yes – you can place your Christmas orders via our head office. We will post our delivery cut off points later this year.
