When it comes to freshly cut meat there’s nothing better than heading down to your local butcher and choosing from a range of carefully selected meats. We are a traditional family butchers specialising in the finest quality Cornish meat personally sourced from local farms and markets.

Our staff has a wealth of experience and employ traditional methods of butchery and happy to help with your requirements. We dry cure and smoke our own bacon to unique age-old recipes using local sourced pork. We make all our sausages, burgers, kebabs, faggots and hogs pudding.
